Consignment is accepted by appointment. All items will be reviewed and processed within 5 business days. Accepted items are immediately put on the floor to be sold. Items that are not accepted must be picked up within 7 days or they will be donated.
Yes! Our personal stylists will help the consignor go through her closet and choose those items that she wants to consign. We schedule these visits by appointment.
Our staff determine a sales price based on brand, condition, age, style and demand. Luxury items, including designer handbags, are priced with more consideration.
Checks will be mailed on the 15th of the month after the item has been sold.
After 90 days, unsold items may be reclaimed. Consignors may call ahead at least two days in advance and we will set aside any unsold inventory.
Due to the volume of our customers and consignors, we are unable to contact individual customers about the status of their items. We ask that consignors keep track of their pick up date and use the consignor login to track sales.
After 30 selling days, items are typically marked down 20-25 percent. At day 60 we typically mark the items down another 20-25 percent from the original selling price. Luxury items are not automatically marked down.
